What Will Therapy Be Like?

Your experience in psychotherapy will be individually mapped out, unique to you. As your therapist, I will commit to being present and focused on your story.

Together, we will create goals together, and check in regarding your progress at regular intervals. You will be met and received right where you are, seen, heard and understood.

A trusting and caring relationship between you and I is central to this process. Your goals and needs are approached without judgment, in an environment of safety and privacy.
