Engaging in psychotherapy is a commitment to your own journey and self discovery, as well as a financial commitment.  My Sessions are 60 minutes in length and generally we will meet on a weekly basis.  I charge an hourly fee, which I will discuss with you individually.

PPO Insurance

I provide insurance for Cigna, Attena plans.


For out of network, your services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  I can provide statements to your insurance company in the form of a Super Bill to be submitted to your insurance company.  Please  call your insurance company and confirm the following information:
 


What is my deductible for the year and has it been met?

• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover, does it include medical combined with mental health?
• How many sessions does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount and co-pay per therapy session for an out-of-network provider?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  Cash, checks and all major credit/debit cards are accepted for payment.
